Shipping policy
Once your order is processed, we will send you a shipping confirmation via email or WhatsApp, with a summary of when the order was shipped, along with a tracking number. Once we receive your order, we work as quickly as possible to process, prepare, and ship it. Please allow 24-72 hours for shipping; orders placed on weekends and holidays will be processed the next business day.

National shipping via Zoom/MRW - Cash on delivery (3-4 business days). The national shipping cost is automatically calculated based on the total weight of the package; this rate is set and quoted directly by the shipping agency. Free shipping on orders over $100 in Venezuela.
USA
Shipping via DHL - $50 (7-10 business days)

Please verify that your shipping address is correct and complete at the time of purchase. We are not responsible for orders not received due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
