Shipping policy

Once your order is processed, we will send you a shipping confirmation via email or WhatsApp, with a summary of when the order was shipped, along with a tracking number. Once we receive your order, we work as quickly as possible to process, prepare, and ship it. Please allow 24-72 hours for shipping; orders placed on weekends and holidays will be processed the next business day.

National shipping via Zoom/MRW - Cash on delivery (3-4 business days). The national shipping cost is automatically calculated based on the total weight of the package; this rate is set and quoted directly by the shipping agency. Free shipping on orders over $100 in Venezuela.

USA

Shipping via DHL - $50 (7-10 business days)

Note: Once the order has been shipped, responsibility for the package passes to the courier service. We are not responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen packages. We do not offer refunds for orders lost in transit, nor do we offer refunds or replacements for stolen or unclaimed packages that have been confirmed as delivered. Please verify that your shipping address is correct and complete at the time of purchase. We are not responsible for orders not received due to incorrect or incomplete addresses. Orders returned as undeliverable due to an incorrect address may be reshipped upon receipt and will be subject to an additional reshipping fee.
