Orders can be cancelled within the first 24 hours of purchase. After that time, we cannot guarantee cancellation.

WHAT MATERIALS DO THEY USE?

We work with carefully selected cultured pearls, crystals and semi-precious stones, with 14k gold-filled details and clasps, prioritizing quality, detail and timeless design.

ARE THEY ORIGINAL DESIGNS?

98% of our pieces are our own designs and creations. Each collection is designed and handcrafted on Margarita Island. Our local production is reflected in intentional designs, inspired by the light, colors, and energy of the Caribbean. Due to the use of natural materials such as semiprecious stones and pearls, as well as the handcrafted nature of each piece, slight variations in shape, color, and size may occur. These variations are part of the essence of ACQUA and make each piece unique.

Do you ship internationally?

Currently, we only ship to Venezuela and the United States. If you would like to receive your purchase in another country, please contact us via WhatsApp at +58 422-7151744.

How much does national shipping or delivery cost?

Delivery anywhere on Margarita Island costs $4, and national shipments are handled by MRW or Zoom (cash on delivery). The national shipping cost is automatically calculated based on the total weight of the package; this rate is set and quoted directly by the shipping agency. We offer free shipping and delivery on purchases over $100 within Venezuela.

How are your pieces cared for?

We recommend avoiding contact with perfumes, water, and during sports activities while wearing your jewelry. Always store it in a cool, dry place. For more detailed care advice, please see our Product Care section.

Do you offer repair services?

We believe in products built to last. That's why we offer a repair service under the following conditions: repairs are available within the first year from the date of purchase. This policy covers only manufacturing defects.

Normal wear and tear from use, impacts, drops, pulling, exposure to chemicals, or misuse is not covered. Stones, pearls, or other natural materials may have their own variations, and this is not considered a defect.

If a repair is required: you must contact us beforehand so we can evaluate the part. Shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. If the repair is not covered by the policy, we will provide a quote for the service before performing any repairs.
