- Returns and Cancellations Policy
Currently, order processing time is 1-3 business days. Orders can be canceled within the first 24 hours of purchase. After this time, we cannot guarantee cancellation.
- Returns and Exchanges
Returns must be initiated within 7 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, the reason must be a manufacturing defect. The item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Exchanges must be made for items of the same value that are currently available in our inventory.
To initiate a return due to a manufacturing defect, you can contact us via WhatsApp or contact@shopacquastudio.com. If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

We only accept returns of items with a manufacturing defect.
- Warranty and Product Care
We are not responsible for damage caused by improper care or misuse of the items. Avoid contact with water, sweat, humidity, perfumes, creams, makeup, oils, or other abrasive substances. Showering, swimming in the sea or pool, as well as prolonged exposure to sweat, can cause damage, stains, or oxidation that cannot be removed.
- Repairs
We believe in pieces made to last. That's why we offer a repair service under the following conditions: repairs are available within the first year from the date of purchase. This policy covers only manufacturing defects.
Normal wear and tear from use, impacts, drops, pulls, exposure to chemicals, or misuse is not covered. Stones, pearls, or other natural materials may have their own variations, and this is not considered a defect.
If you require a repair: you must contact us beforehand to evaluate the item. Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. If the repair is not covered by the policy, the service will be quoted before any repairs are carried out.
